Validity of the Contract

By placing an order through the Reaphello website (hereafter referred to as the “website”), you agree to a legally binding agreement with the retailer (Reaphello). You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. If you require any other type of agreement, please reach out to us before finalizing your purchase. Reaphello will send a confirmation email to the email address listed in your customer profile. It is your responsibility to provide a functioning email address and carefully review the order confirmation for any inaccuracies. If you need to make any changes or corrections to your order, please contact us immediately. Once production of your custom garment has begun, no further changes can be made. You can check the status of your order at any time through your customer account. Upon shipment of your goods, Reaphello will send a confirmation email with any available tracking links. The contract is considered fulfilled once you have received your goods.

Shipping and Delivery

During the checkout process, you will be provided with an estimated delivery time for your order. This estimate is based on our current production schedule and the typical shipping time from our Thailand tailoring facility to your specified address.

Please note that this delivery time is not a guarantee, as various factors can affect the final delivery date. We continuously monitor production, air freight, and final delivery, and make every effort to deliver your order promptly. Reaphello cannot be held responsible for any losses, inconvenience, costs, or other damages that may result from delayed deliveries.

Pricing and Payments

When making a purchase from Reaphello, you agree to pay the designated price of the selected product as displayed on our website or communicated by Reaphello. Upon submitting your order, immediate payment of the full amount is required through either credit card or direct credit. We thank you for your adherence to these payment terms.

Tolerances

Reaphello offers custom-made products tailored to your specific measurements. If you choose body measurements, we will adjust the fit according to your preference (slim, normal, or loose). If you opt for shirt measurements, your new shirt will have the same measurements as your original shirt, but the seams and design may not be identical. Some slight variations are acceptable. We cannot guarantee a perfect fit with standard sizes and suggest using your personal measurements instead(We recommend you to get measured by a professional tailor or use a measuring tape to ensure the most accurate results.). The number of buttons may vary and the tailor will select the best option. Garments may also have slight color variations due to normal dyeing process differences. If any issues arise, please contact us and we will work together to find a solution.

Service

It is our goal to keep our operational expenses minimal, enabling us to offer our valued customers competitive prices. This approach entails that we do not provide telephone-based customer support. Instead, all correspondence with our patrons is conducted through email and we are steadfast in our commitment to respond promptly to all inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe, from Monday to Friday. Conformance

At Reaphello, we strive for quality and accuracy in our custom-made products. However, please note that the product images shown are for visual representation only and may not match the exact construction or color of the final product. Color perception may also differ based on display settings.

Cancellation

Reaphello reserves the right to cancel your order within 24 hours’ time of the order being displaced. prior to ownership of the products passed to you, in which event the Reaphello will refund you any money that you have paid for those products within a week.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, a claim must be submitted within 14 days of the shipment date from Reaphello. Only items in good condition and unworn will be accepted for return. Reaphello reserves the right to deny a refund for items that are found to be worn or damaged. Reaphello does not accept items that have been altered or adjusted in any way.

If the returned items do not meet these requirements, they will be sent back to the customer without a refund. If the items were purchased using a coupon or gift certificate, the coupon or gift certificate will be refunded/reimbursed before any other payment source. If the items were part of a promotional offer, all items must be returned to receive a full refund. Any items kept from the promotional offer will be charged at full market value.

Adjusting Your Order

If you would like to make changes to your measurement or design, you may email Reaphello within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that if Reaphello has already shipped your order or started production on your items, you will not be able to cancel the order.
