Our delivery times are estimated and updated daily and are based on current production capacity and queues.
If we need to contact you regarding your order, the delivery time will be delayed until we receive an answer from you.

Please note that the above mentioned times are estimated and that your delivery time may vary. We are putting all our efforts into delivering your order as quickly as possible.
Reaphello production time line for bespoke suit and shirt are depending on design and quantity. Our daily produce is 50 to 70 shirts and 10 to 13 suits per day. Our standard time table for each order is as below.
- Slower production Times-Please note that orders placed from April 10th to April 20th may experience slower production times due to the Songkran holiday in Thailand. Similarly, orders placed during the Christmas holiday (December 25th) and New Year (January 5th) may also experience delays as Thailand celebrates these holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
