Products must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
